In operation since 2000, Bob Forry, or “Sarge” has helped thousands of student athletes attain goals in the classroom and on the playing surface. Recognized nationally as a somewhat non-conventional strength, speed and sports conditioning expert, he has coached numerous elite and professional athletes, as well as collegiate national champions and All-Americans. Sarge knows what it takes and what works to maximize athletic potential. Sarge is a certified S.S.C. through the International Sports Science Association. Over 27 years of experience in the areas of powerlifting, strength training and nutrition are combined with Marine Corps physical and psychological philosophy's.
We train "movements" not "muscles" and utilize programs that are specific to the individual and their sport. Teaching the fundamentals and lifelong training techniques are the goal. This facility is for anyone who wants a healthier lifestyle, not just professional football players. Body types, injuries and maturity are all factored into the system we design for you.
